International Day of Peace Ceremony

Family, friends, and community members are invited to join us to celebrate International Day of Peace with the students and teachers of Greenwood Montessori Children’s House by singing “Light A Candle for Peace” as a part of the Sing Peace Around the World project.

Children from across the planet will come together to sing for peace to celebrate the International Day of Peace. The singing will commence on the shores of New Zealand and continue from country to country until it reaches the shores of the Hawaiian Islands 24 hours later.
